A BILL supplementing, amending, reducing and increasing items of
the existing appropriations from the state fund, general
revenue, to the bureau of senior services, fund 0420, fiscal
year 2002, organization 0508, all supplementing and amending
the appropriation for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day
of June, two thousand two.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

That the items of the total appropriation from the state fund,
general revenue, to the bureau of senior services, fund 0420,
fiscal year 2002, organization 0508, be amended and reduced in the
existing line items as follows:

The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to
supplement, amend, reduce and increase items of existing
appropriations in the aforesaid account for the designated spending
unit. The item for foster grandparent stipends and travel is reduced by fifty thousand dollars. The item for unclassified is
increased by fifty thousand dollars for expenditure during the
fiscal year two thousand two with no new money being appropriated.
